Patriots re-sign Bodden
The New England Patriots have re-signed cornerback Leigh Bodden to a four-year contract.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Bodden was one of the most sought after cornerbacks on the free agent market, but decided to remain with the Patriots.
The team said that they felt that Bodden was the best player on the open market other than Vince Wilfork, who they also re-signed.
Bodden is a very good cover corner who had five interceptions last season, three coming in a game against the New York Jets.
